That has been going on for a while now. And they said a stang was gonna get crushed, did anybody else's heart drop when they showed the camaro get crushed? I live LAPD territory so we go out of the city limits to race because of that. Makes u wonder if it will increase high speed chases when the drags are broken up, doesn't it?

Big ****ing surprise when I heard the chick say "...this is not a movie..."
Gee, I wonder where the ****ing influence for THAT law came from. Dammit. Thank god its a CA thing and not federal. These kinds of things should be controlled by local gov't, not state or nat'l levels. Alright, Orlando has a little bit of street racing, and Miami's street racing is out of control, so it makes sense that they enforce heavier penalties there. But here in Daytona Beach? There is little to no street racing problem whatsoever, but you have to worry about some dick officer pulling you over and arresting you because you used half-throttle and accelerated away from a light faster than he liked. Its rediculous.

Its funny out here in Palm Springs. We here about cars being crushed and what not out by LA area's, but the cops are dumbasses out here.
First off when we race and we do get busted, the cop just rolls through with his lights on tellin everyone to leave, or hes stops one guy and writes him a ticket. What really weirds me out is how much attention is payed to racing out here while the city right next to us, Desert Hot Springs, is like the number 2 Meth Capital in the State. I think they should leave us alone on our BACKROAD tracks where no pedestrian is in harms way and if someone's life is in danger, its their own fault for driving ALL the way out to the races in the first place.
I guess what Im sayin is that cops out here and everywhere have bigger and badder things to worry about than a couple of enthusiests racing out in the desert.

So, I guess some lucky soul got the engine, trans, etc out of the IROC they showed? Kinda like a drug bust, first cop in the room where the drug money is just kinda "helps" himself to a portion. Thats just plain messed up!
