Host it somewhere online, get the direct link to the file, and wrap it with the img tags, which are [ i m g ] and [ / i m g ] except without all the spaces.

You can also add images as attachments (smaller than 100k I believe) by clicking on "manage attachments" and browsing for the files off your computer.
