Got to see this at the local dealership
While I was waiting on getting my woman's inspection sticker put on, the guy at the garage I know, told me to go take a look in one of the bays and said I'd probably like the car that was in it. Pics are sorta blurry I was in sort of a hurry but here they are.
Wasn't enough room in the litte bay for me to get far away full size shots. But it's definately a beautiful car in person. The pics in mags don't do it justice. This one was preordered and is already sold awaiting pickup. This is the first one i've seen in person period. I live in a small town and this car is actually in my old home town and even smaller. I had 50 people in my senior high school class. So this is really big for around here.

oh yea, lol. I dont have anything againts the car, i just dont like it at all. 500 hp and it runs like 12.7's? thats a ****** joke. I had my friend in his 03 Z06 like mine run neck and neck with one of those 500's when his was bone stock! i ate one up with only a intake and tune. I give no props to ford.

ahh if we're going for flat out 1/4th mile and speed, most of us wouldn't buy a car over 20k. we'd buy used fbodies and mod them out. i just like it because around here it's a rare car.

The local race track owner here had one sitting outside of his machine shop two days ago. Had to look twice to make sure it was a GT-500. It wasn't a big surprise considering there are usually GT-40s and original 427 cobras sitting in the same spot. I love the GT-500 commercial though where the guy gets the car shipped overseas.

when we're talking stock cars since it's all traction & driver skill.
MPH tells the tale of a car's potential. 115-117mph clearly puts
it in the low 12's, high 11 second range on tires. It doesn't take
much for them to trap 125mph. That makes for a nice street car.
Not the fastest thing on the road, but respectable.
