That particular Evo 8 400 model is on an eposide and it out handles a Lambo so what could you really expect to happen against that (basically a hopped up GTO).

The 400 model evo shown in that clip has 400 hp and 400 ft/lbs of torque so it's a little quicker than that. They only sold the 400's in europe and there was a very small number made.

for some reason i thought i have seen a video of the vauxhall or w/e in a supercharged version of the ls2 with 500 hp that they was coming out with, might be wrong... ill try to find it, but anyways i love that car

It is that model. If you listen right before they race, it's kind of hard to hear but he says 400 model. The tuned the car differntly, had a bigger turbo, injectors, fmic, suspension, wheels and tires, all sorts of go fast goodies. I remember watching the video and they said the car was built for racing, and when you raced it you got 3 mpg, the tires only lasted 250 miles, and you'd go through a set of brake pads in just 5 outings at the track.

LOL I doubt it. You wouldn't want to hear what he has to say about a stock f body. They are pretty brutal, especially on the clunky American stuff.
