The new 3 valve Mustangs are improved greatly over a 2 valve and in IMO on the STREET could run with an LS1. The mod motors to some are the greatest thing Ford ever did, while others hate them with gusto. I personally like Fords OHC engines. They dont produce as much torque as OHV powerplants, but they can make power and many people that I know have hit well over 100k miles in their mod motor Stangs with little or no problems. Like I said before, alot of Mustang owners are just stubborn/ignorant and cant understand that an Fbody with more CI and more HP/TQ, will beat their car. Even if it is almost 10 yrs old

most mustang owners are complete jackasses. i dont think there was a single person on stangnet that said so much as good job when i ran a 13.4@104. i even posted the slip and still, "you at least have to have LT's to run that kind of mph". that was with a 2.1 60'. id love to see what it could do with sticky tires.
i think the fastest NA 4v car is somewere in the deep 10's i read about it a while back in a mm&ff shootout i think it went 10.1 or 10.2 at about 125-130.

All mustang people arent jack@sses , they might think alot of us are jackasses which some of us are 
, there is that stereotype that mustangs are faster so the dumb ones get mad if they end up losing to an f-body. Its them SRT people you really gotta watch out for
