BTW, I have one of those motorola Slvr's. I turned it black in white to hide some of the dirt on the car.

It's easy to one of these, here's how.
Take a shot of your car with a tripod. Hood open and hood closed. Don't move the camera or the tripod.
Open both photos in Photoshop. You will need to do some cutting. Cut out the engine that is in the open shot. Once you've cut the entire thing out, you need to paste it directly over the picture with the hood closed. Drop the opacity on the engine layer and you will get a very rough, but still decent looking version of one of the photos above.
Take a shot of your car with a tripod. Hood open and hood closed. Don't move the camera or the tripod.
