2.3 60', 13.65 1/4 time. Spun the tires in 1st pretty bad...

Did it just to say I had my car on a Mustang dyno.

On the stang dyno 382 rwhp... on a dynojet just under 405rwhp! Typically the stang dynos are less than dynojets due to the load bearing factor.

We have a MD in our shop as well, and can do this...it is difficult to launch yes, so you account for that in your 60' time....

However, with a MD, you can account for weight, wind, etcetc....that is why it really is better than a DJ Dyno...or more realistic I should say, DJ makes a good product as well!

Nice vid, very cool to watch in person, or to be behind the wheel!

Only reason I went into 5th was because I spun in 1st.... at the track I cross the traps in 4th...

Ive pulled a 1/4 mile run on a mustang dyno before and immidiatly went to the track and I was 6 tenths and 10mph quicker on the dyno. We had all the factors like weight and everything put into the computer. I wouldn't go off of what the dyno says. It may be close on some cars but its not as accurate as acctually doin the 1/4 mile.

+1........A MD is really great when tuning for the street, and WOT...

The 1/4 mile simulations are just that, SIMULATED 1/4's....obviously they aren't the same as a track, but they can give you a good idea as to what the car will do on the track....

You also have to consider that the rollers are 1500 lbs...and that they are not covered in VHT like the track surface would be, so you are going to spin for sure...

Nevertheless, it is fun!
