Default NEW and IMPROVED rice citation

I made a new and improved Rice Citation, taken from here. The whole thing is now much cleaner and I added quite a few more things to the list. I recommend one be handed out whenever possible.

One color copy and another printer-friendly black&white copy.

haha yea i think i saw that one. it's much funnier when you specify exactly what is retarded tho. i was hoping that "is/are just wierd" and "other" would cover anything else rediculous lol

Far be it for me to point this out, but a good majority of cars on this site fall into a lot of those categories...Seems kind of hypocritical to call them out on it don't you think?

The revision is great, but you should have added the ubiquitous "lambo doors" under exterior violations instead of having to list it under "other".
Also, under "other violations" there should be a "wearing a rising sun kamikaze headband" and a "seat back reclined almost horizontal" listing/check box.
Of course, the greatest glaring omission is under the "driving violations" section. How could you forget/omit the "riceboiee weave"/driving the shoulder "for the win" violations??

Can you make it in black and white so it will be easier to use with my free printing at school?

Bringing this back up front since it is so great

I should print these off and keep them in my car - there are tons of ricers around the campus, many of who love doing the "ricer flyby" up the hill.

I think under exhaust "fart can" should be listed.
