Man, those look really nice for not having any extra lighting. I have heard nothing but good things about the 40D. These low light shots are just amazing. You got some serious camera skills.
Fisheye lens are fun to work with. When I did videos, I used mine all the time. Gives a good wide angle, and gives the image a little extra something to work with.
