well.... my last option if this insn't resolved with in the week...WILL be filing a police report with the "COLONA IL, POLICE DEPARTMENT", maybe that will jar him a little...and i have already contacted "GM Legal Services".....lawyers provided by GM..to help employees......

he just finaly sent me a message.....can you belive the gull this guy has....wow...
"after all thats been said and done im willing to refund $125 for the one tire that you have with damage, even though i did not see that gash when it was on the rims after it came off the rims or when i packaged them. so if you want to do this at all send the tire and when i recieve it i will refund you $125.$125 is figured by the ammount you paid for the tire minus the shipping paid to get both the tires to you.
this is as far as ill go since i dont know if I somehow missed this several times or cut while opening package or not the same tire altogether.

also if you send the tire make sure you send it to where i have to sign for it so you know that its been recived"__________________
