Might as well add (grannyshifting). Paid for dyno tuning but received a shitty running car that wouldn't even idle. Did everything he requested to get a refund and a year later still no reply. Send me a pm please because i still have your junk tune on file for return. No one has ever returned any of my pm's about a refund so quit your lying grannyshifting.

He posted that he had a 4 in cowl hood for a 98-up Camaro for sale, $250 plus a stock hood. I had a guy already interested in my SS hood so I sold it took his stock hood and told distortion_69 I was interested. I sent him the stock hood and the $250. That was at the end of January. It was the middle of MARCH before he even went to where his car was (Futral) to switch out the hoods. When he got there he realized the hood I sent him was black. Because he sold me a red hood he assumed I was senting him a red hood though he never said it had to be red. At that point he decides that he wants to just send me my money and the hood back. I told him I also expected my $110 for shipping back. At this point I realize it would be cheaper for him to just have the hood painted red than to refund me the cost plus the shipping AND ship it back. Well he refuses to do that and SLOWLY refunds my money in like 3 payments. The whole time I'm trying to be patient, and he explained finacial problems so I let him know it was no huge rush on getting the hood back since I didn't want to put it on my car anyway. By mid-April I finally got all my money back. This weekend May 28 while I am out of town the hood FINALLY gets back to me. The hood is now completely unuseable. It is just a piece of junk laying in my yard where it got dumped. I insured it when it was sent to him so if it had been damaged that direction it would have been covered. I have NO idea why he didn't bother to try and get it back to me in the same condition I sent it to him. I waited very patiently on him and this is what I get. Thanks for nothing distortion_69....
He has paid me for the damage to the hood. The issue has been resolved.

Sent him a MO for $4,200. He has not sent either since he does not feel like selling the kit anymore. The police are looking into everything now. Hopefully that state will be sueing him or I will be. Either way i will get my money back

I ordered Autometer Ultralite guages from the seller. The sending units were not in the package. I contacted the seller and he said that he was sorry and that he will mail out the sending units. On June 14th, he emailed me saying that on June 13 the sending units went in the mail. Still no sign of them. Many emails and phone calls and no response.

after sending Jay another email letting him know I would be filing a complaint with Paypal he replied and said that the mail might have lost the sending units. He said that he would buy new sending units from autometer.
So it looks like everything is working out okay!

This is funny. I purchased 85 bucks worth of parts from you, sent payment on the 9th of June, even included an extra 5 bucks to cover paypal costs, and I still haven't seen or heard from you even though you keep reading my pm's It's now July 13th! Camaro99SS427 has scammed me, ASSASSIN, and blu00rdstr on parts he promised were already shipped but "stopped shippment after they were sent out by him" i sent him my intake manifold in trade for his fast 90mm intake and throttlebody and havn't recieved the parts yet. now he says that sent them via UPS last friday to my house, but i still havn't gotten them. doesn't take 8 days to get here from there. add him, or better yet BAN HIS *** ONCE THIS IS RESOLVED.

I would like to add Tim Sova and his company EADPerformance.com . This guy has kept me waiting for over a month now on $470 worth of parts. After numerous e-mails and phone calls he has never responded. not even to my instant messages on AOL. It seems he has been plotting to burn me since the start.

This was a bad transaction of which he had little control over. Someone stole his rims from his parents house and his father sent the only rims left in the garage. Lesson learned by buyer and seller.
