Official Bad Trader List (Please add new Bad Traders)
 

Folks, we will try putting up a bad trader list and see how it goes.

Please report someone as a bad trader if the folllowing guidelines apply:

1. You have not received payment or goods, and have been waiting for over 40 DAYS
2. You did not receive full payment
3. You did not receive the goods that you paid for
4. You received damaged goods and there has been no restitution. Now if you have an ongoing claim with a shipping company, do not post in this thread since that means you have filed a shipping related claim

Now, if you report someone as a bad trader, please post up the following information:

1. Full name; user name on here or other known user names; city; state
2. Disputed transaction - Item, or amount of money in contention, and timeframes
3. Current status of the transaction

Warnings:
1. If you sent a personal check and the other person is waiting for the check to clear, then make sure you factor that in before you post in this thread.
2. If this transaction did not originate on our message board, please note that.
3. We will not tolerate bad language or fighting in this thread

Lastly, we ask that you post again to the thread if and when there are further developments.

He sold me a G-Timer for $125 + $10 shipping. We sent several personal emails finalizing the deal. I sent payment out, per his instructions, then after sending payment a day later he sends me a note saying that he "never heard from me" and sold it to someone else (presumably for more $$, methinks....). Luckily I sent a check and immediately put a 'stop-payment' on it. I am REALLY GLAD that I didn't send a Money-Order, otherwise I'd probably have no way to recoup my $$$ from this shady seller.

This guy is a SCAM and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HIM.

March 29 he said that he received my money order for $80 bucks for the 3 piece rs spoiler. Several weeks later he told me that the post office lost it, and couldnt provide me with the tracking number. Now he wont return my email. :bs:

Do not do buisness with TWINK (Eric Burton)

About three months ago, he advertised a NX Wet system on this site. He was offering an entire kit with a heating blanket for $450.

I agreed to buy it and he said he would throw in a preasure guage for $40 more. So the deal was set for $490. Just turned out he was going on vacation near where I live so we meet but he forgot one of the brackets and the heating blanket. I gave him the whole $490 and he promised to send the missing items. It has been almost three months and he has not sent anything. He responded to one of my many PM's saying he was sorry and would send it out immediatly. That was three weeks ago. I still hope to get my stuff but am not real hopeful.

John, add goinbroke to that list too. he wanted to get a refund and he wouldnt giv me my pulley back until he did. he was told/emailed/PM/called countless times bring it up and hell get his refund and flashed back to original programming.

3 month and counting, its been a year or more since i let him borrow that pulley, which was to be returned within a week.

I second this.

He owes me $800 of the $2000 I sent him for a TH350 setup he "sold" me.

He paid me $1200 back but has yet to send the rest or answer calls. Good thing it is still grand theft.

Jason Andrews aka johnsonj2212 - I recieved a stock cat when i was sold a slp hi flow cat from him for $100. Said he would send my money back but never has. Can't get a hold of him or anything , also he cancels my money requests

LS1Warbird- sent him $115 for a set of ARP headbolts to include with the head I bought from him. He never sent them and hasn't replied to any emails.
