I still have a rating of 1. But have sold many items on here. Most buyers just don't rate you after the transaction.

But I'm glad the OP got it handled.

I worked hard to have perfect feedback on over 350 transactions. when buying from somebody make sure to check their feedback. OP glad you got your money back. I can't understand why members can't take one minute to leave feedback after the transaction is complete!

Some people on here are more car guys than they are computer guys. Its easy, I know, but not everyone knows how to or even to do it. I always put something the end of the paypal note.

when I ship the item and send them the tracking number I ask to "please leave feedback for me when item is received", but a lot of times it falls on deaf ears! most of them have a 10 or higher trader rating so they know how to leave feedback!

man sometimes the feedback function doesnt work! last time i had to try three or four submissions before it "took".
and look at my rating. I've had like 8-9 great transactions, buying and selling and all i got is two
