I sent him money for a crane valve spring kit and ported oil pump on 6-10-04 and he was supposed to send my parts out the next day and then send me a tracking #. I havent heard from him since he got my money. I have sent him several emails and PM's and havent recieved any type of response. either send me my part or my damn money. almost two weeks and nothing ,this is plenty of time to get my parts to me.

Their is also a few more people that bought parts from him and havent gotten anything.

I have only met him once, he seemed like a really nice guy. I don't think he has internet access right now. I left him a voicemail last night, I will try again this weekend. I won't be back online until Monday, hopefully he will have contacted you all by then.

Mr. Mixon, this is getting old. You have well over $1000 of other peoples money and no one I'm aware of, including myself, has gotten the parts you promised to deliver.

I don't know what deal you have with everyone else, but you owe me a pair of functional o2 simulators or $45. Today is Sunday June 27, 2004. I will give you until Sunday July 4th to start returning my emails and pm's. If I do not here from you by then, I will will escalate this situation to the proper authorities.

I filed a complaint with PayPal today - Hopefully they can contact him and talk some since into him.

Anyone else that used PayPal to pay him and didn't receive you parts... Go to www.PayPal.com, sign in, then view the details of your transaction with Mr. Mixon (aka White). From the detail view, there is a link you can follow to file a complaint against him.

Guys welcome to my world. I am the guy who bought the "complete" supercharger system and ended up having to sink another 600+ into it to even get it to where it would work. The guy will always have an excuse and be really really friendly over the phone but never follows thru with anything. Just when I thought I had everything worked out with him he backpedaled again on me. Here is what you can do. Contact the FBI Internet Fraud division and file a complaint. Then contact the local Prosecuting attorney and file a complaint (he claims his grandfather it buddies with him). I had to do this with another deadbeat and the guys was in jail awaiting court because of it, why it will work is because of mutiple complaints. I have already filed my paperwork. The name on his PayPal is his wifes Michelle I think it was.

I all you guys get together and car the local authorities he will be held liable. It might take a few months or even a year but hell thats better than nothing. The local detectives have to investigate this and with this many people it will mean more fire under their butts to do it. I wen thru this not to long ago with a guy on ebay and the pros attorney took him to court and jail over it. I haven't heard if he is going to have to pay everyone backbut that is supposed to happen.
