Default CAMN HAWK (Tom) - I Give Up - You Win

I have had it with CAMN HAWK. Sent him a $75 USPS MO on 23 May (#08052333592) for an LS1 alternator. He said he didn't receive it until the end of May. Trying to be a Christian, I accepted that. Told me THEN that it would be mailed to me. I waited...and waited...and waited - trying to be patient. Sent him a number of e-mails and PMs. His only answer was on 30 June, stating,"....yes, you will receive it soon". Guess what, fine ladies and gentlemen. It is 9 July and NOTHING yet. Just goes to show that when you try to be patient/gentlemenly/Christian-like It DOES NOT PAY OFF with some people. His last PM stated he was going to send me $25 for my trouble - now, THAT surprised me. I PM'd him back, saying I couldn't take the $25, but take your wife/GF out for a meal instead. He never even read that PM. My parents always tried to make me understand the importance of treating people with respect. Apparently, somehow, either I have said/done something to irritate CAMN HAWK. Have NO idea what it was, since we have never spoken. A few people have come to his defense, stating that he would never stiff anyone. Guess how I feel ? Could someone who knows him please tell him I am through with him and will not open any messages from him - not that I expect any. Tell him also that this retiree has learned something about some people. I thank the rest of you on this site - have learned MUCHO about my '02 Z28 and have bought about one dozen items from you fine people. Sorry for the length here. Yesterday the PO sent me a check for $75, since the MO hasn't been cashed, and two months have elapsed since I sent it to Tom. Do not expect the alternator (guess I was foolish to actually believe the last message), but, guess what, this DAMN transaction is over with.

Appreciate your concern. Thanks to all the people I have purchased items from - they ALWAYS kept in touch with me a number of times and delivered the promised items in a few days.
