He was contacting me regularly until i sent him money via Paypal, now he won't answer PM's or emails. He has been online since then. Anyone know of him and what the deal is?
I sent it to him the morning of the 19th.

He PM'd me this morning after i put in a complaint on Paypal, seems they have frozen the funds. He said he is shipping them today or monday.

Well it's wednesday, he still hasn't contacted me and he has been online recently. I am going to call this a bad seller, sounds like he was planning to rip someone off from the beginning. Do i need to make a new thread?

Be very carefull, until you get what you paid for don't cancel the dispute with paypal. Becuase paypal won't let you re-open it.
I had a dispute for non-shipment...and the guy finally shipped 2 weeks later and I cancelled the dispute. When I got my kit missing parts and in bad condition I called paypal and they said too-bad.
Good luck getting this sorted out.

This pisses me off so bad, i feel for everyone else who has been ripped off. I will not drop the dispute until i get everything but i don't believe at this point i ever will. I just have to wait to see if paypal can get my money back. That won't be settled until the 31st.

Now he is disputing the claim with Paypal and he sent a tracking number through the paypal website. It is for 49lbs so i don't think 4 wheels and tires will be coming unless he forgot to send the other tracking numbers. I guess i will see Tuesday.

Well got a surprise today, he PM'ed 4 times to apologize and to give me all the tracking numbers and even had the gall to ask me to change his trader feedback.

I would love to go to his house if anyone has an address. Driving doens't bother me and i would spend pretty much any amount to make sure he doesn't benefit from this.
