This guy is pretty much a thief. Bought a set of headers from him and never got them. He claimed UPS lost them and he had them insured so he would just send me a check. I never received a check and he claimed he must have sent it to the wrong address so he will send ne the money back through paypal. That didn't happen either, so at the 45 day point from the initial transaction I have filed a claim with paypal and Mr. Carter has yet to communicate with me. Here is a series of PMs that basically show what I've already said here. The last PM where he says he will send me the money back through paypal was on May 31.

Paypal resolved the claim in my favor but was unable to recover the money from SSLS1's account. So **** paypal and **** Jeremy carter. I'm out 500 dollars.

I agree with u, paypal is a rip off. Can u go through your bank and try. When paypal did the same thing to me, I just went to the bank and filed with them. good luck

I tried to send him a PM, however his box is full. I instead sent him an E-mail through LS1Tech requesting that he direct his attention to this thread.

If he logs in again w/o checking this thread, I will look into taking action against his account. Please notify me in PM if this occurs.

Sorry to hear the man. Hopefully this guy will step up and be a man and do the right thing, but probably not. Maybe they'll ban him so he can't rip anyone else off?

Man, I am glad I have never tried to set up a Paypal account. I had a feeling that if someone wanted to shaft you, they could. Sad that people will do anything to rip off people just trying to make a good buy.

Hope you get your money back. Let us know what the bank says.

Generally banning them doesn't help. If you don't ban them then you still have a line of communication. I suspect he's about to get a"custom " title under his username....

That's already happened (thanks to Cyphur) but he's been on the site since that time and still no resolution? Just figured getting rid of him would save someone else from getting ripped off.
