Do not buy from 98slowt/a aka Daniel Short:SELLER ON OFFICIAL BAD TRADER LIST 1/07
I paid this member for an item a month ago, and haven't received it, nor has he returned my PMs. I do not reccommend anyone else do business with this individual.

You two couldn't be any more vague, could you?
If its resolved without any links, dates or prices of items then delete your posts. It helps no one to just send what you can in pm.

Sorry guys, I should have been more descriptive. We arranged for me to pay $100 for a set of 16 used comp 918 springs shipped, payment was sent 11/02/06. By 11/15/06 I told him I'd cancel payment if I didn't hear from him or get the springs, or a tracking number. After numerous unanswered PM's I filed a complaint with paypal on 11/26/06, and recently escalated it to a claim. I still have not received the $100 refund, but am waiting. Now everyone is on the same page. I'll post up as soon as I get it, if I get it.
Daniel, if you're reading, please refund me the $100 as soon as possible so we can get past this.

Paypal decided in my favor yesterday on my claim. They said they could not recover any funds from his accounts. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy about this! Daniel, refund my $100 man! We can still make this right.
I'd strongly advise anyone to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 98SLOWT/A aka Daniel Short!!!
If he refunds my $100, I will post it for everyone to see.

If you are unhappy then file a claim even though it seems the funds aren't there now. Numerous claims against an individual through paypal gets them to pay attention. If it has to go further then you have at least one vaild complaint against him to stand on.

I'm just bummed that after my dispute and claim with paypal they told me they couldn't refund any of my money. I thought my money was guranteed, but apparently not Live and learn.

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer

That's directly out of my email. I can PM you the more sensitive info if needed.

Clock is ticking, seller has until tomorrow to deposit funds into paypal for you to get your refund that way.
With the way this has gone so far, I would request a Money Order for the amount due to you send "Certified Return Receipt". Any other method would be grounds for excuses.

I have not heard anything from Daniel in weeks. I have not received the refund he promised on 12/12/2006. I have not received the springs I paid for. I will look into contacting the attorney general in Texas, if that turns out to be where he really lives.

He is now a restricted user. The two outstanding transactions here with intermittent pm's promise to pay or send parts have been blatant excuses to not deal with your refund.

I too have been burned by this guy too.
You know those springs he had for sale?
I bought them on septemer 13,06 along with a used cam.
None of which had ever arived.
I have a thread started too explaining what happened and after a momth and a 1/2 of nothing from him, yet confermation that he has read my messages.. I'm on my way to PayPal for a dispute.
Three rip offs in a row Dan... way to go.
Funny how he was all quick to call within a day or two when I had a problem sending funds through PayPal.
Now he just pretends he's not getting the messages.
I'm out 414US btw if anyone wants to keep a tally...

After asking numerous times for a tracking number, he never once provided anything.
