I bought an LS6 intake from him and he said he was going to ship it fedex. It's been over a week so I checked my fedex and it doesn't even show I have any package in transit. I have sent him several PMs and emails but no reply. I thought he was going to give me a tracking number. Anybody know him to tell me if he is honest? It would not be good if he took my money and ran. you only have so much time to file a paypal dispute.

if you've been contacting him through the site, that's why he can't respond or even see your messages. if you've been contacting him off site, then I'd file a dispute asap.

I didn't notice his account marked banned until today, so he was just ignoring everybody. Regardless, he hasn't logged on since the 22nd.

If you file a dispute with paypal they will give you your money back if the person cant show a shipping reciept proving that they shipped something to you.
