A month ago, I purchased a set cats from baldurann and paid immediately via pay pal. This member has failed to reply to any of my pm's for the past 2 weeks. What can I do about this?

I have had nothing but a great experience with everyone else on this site.

PM history I had. He aggreed to ship on the 15th of january:

Sounds like he is not ready to ship out to you, best is to file a dispute with paypal as after 45 days from payment they will not open a claim.

Have you tried calling or emailing the seller as well?

I notice in this for sale thread on 1.2.07 he lists parts you bought from him.
His edit on 1.11.07 showing what was sold but it doesn't show what you asked as being sold.

Considering he is viewing your pm right now, I would hope he posts up what is going on.

The manifolds are off my car. They actually only have about 2.5k miles on them. Kely is a good friend of mine and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

You should have filed a paypal dispute when I first mentioned, I think you are past the 45 days at this point.

Regardless of what someone says they are going to do, when it is cutting it to the wire for filing a claim then file the claim. If you get your items then you can cancel the dispute.

If he shipped them then there should be no problem him sending a pm or email the tracking or delivery confirmation number.

Considering you are not the seller keep it civil.

I dont want to post in here, but this is the only way to get attention. He doesn't reply to my PM's. I dont want my money back, I want what I paid for. If you're so close to him, maybe you can just take them to the post office and ship them. My address is perfectly correct because it is my pay pal confirmed address and I've recieved plenty of items in the past.

Since I have no replies from him on here or pay pal, I thought I would post here.

I have given him until 5pm Central time Tuesday, Feb. 27th to refund my money. At that point I will escalate to a pay pal Claim.

Anyone who has contact with the seller may want to light a fire under his a**. Its $38 dollars, if you're gonna steal money at least make it worth while
