Jim11 - Weres my parts and money? I sold Jim the motor and various aftermarket parts (FAST intake, underdrive, full exhaust, etc.) off my trans-am over 4 months ago. He showed up to pick it up and was short $180 which I told him he could send me later.
I also made it know before the sale the covers/oilpan were not included. Jim told me while he was here he was going to store the motor before swapping it into his Z28 so to assure the internals would stay clean and debree free I told him he could keep the covers untill he did the swap and then send them back if he wanted to; he took the covers/pan.
Its now been 4 months, he has promised the parts and money on various ocassions and never came through. I sent him two messages earlier this week which he read both and did not respond to either and the only reason I am posting this in the public forum is becuase he has now taken away the option to send PM's to him (which im hoping a mod can still do).

are there any moderators that would care to help with this situation?
Also Jim if you are reading this, I do still have the original contract you signed while here, and all the PM's in which you promised and didn't deliver repeatedly; and I will contact your local police department. I would sugest you change your options to allows PM's and send one my way with a resolution before it would have to come to that.

parts Good luck with the local PD. They will not give you the time of day on a matter as small as this. It may not be small to you but to them it a small claims court situation. Want even take a report.

Yeah, just kinda pissess me off when you go out of your way to help some one and then they **** you over, and on top of that no mod is willing to help me out by sending a pm since I cannot
