Spark Knock after Tune-up

So I replaced the usual... plugs, wires, oil, fuel and air... I noticed today spark knock in the mid RPM range in 3rd. What causes this? I always thought this was from lugging the engine. Before the tune-up I noticed SOME spark knock, but it was only when i would floor it in 5th at around 1,000-1,500 RPM which i considered pretty low, so I understood why it was happening.

Possibly a dumb question: What grade of fuel are you using?

What plugs did you use? Autozone gave me the wrong plugs once and it pinged like hell until I figured it out.

93 Octane ALWAYS and I used NGK TR55 plugs.

Loose or not fully seated plug/wire connection is possible, also make sure the fuel filter connections are solid and not leaking.

Wouldn't this feel like an intermittent dead cylinder?

I checked the fuel filter connections on both sides and it's bone dry...

Could this be a sensor problem? Wouldn't this throw a code at me?
