Default Camaro/Firebird Recall

Why does only 2002 camaros/firebird have a structure Frame recall and the years below doesnt?

Is this the door hinge deal? If so I believe it's a
big nothing.

sounds to me like itd be an issue with all 4th gens, but Ive never even heard of it mentioned so it must not be a big deal, if only they would have issued a recall for the bubbling sail panel mistake they made ughh.

It says only 897 were effected. That is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but interesting.
