the chamber depends on what you want to do with your motor. if you are going FI go with the bigger combustion chamber. it will lower the engines compression ratio and you will be able to run boost more safely. if you got with the lq9 heads it will lower your CR to about 9.5:1. lq9 has 72cc combustion chamber. if you are going for n/a power the go with the smaller combustion chamber, this will raise your CR and give you more power, but the smaller the combustion chamber, the more risk of detonation you have that is why people raise their CR with pistons. also if your raise your CR you will have to run higher octane fuel to prevent knock. hope this helps you out. good luck

wow thats some cam there. well if you were going NA i would say go with the 62cc, im an NA guy so im looking for CR and more power but if you want forced induction then look into the bigger ones and spray should work good with the 62's. if i were you i would also do a little more research on cams. not saying thats a bad one but i think there might be some better cams out there for your set up.thats my OP

small chamber and boost are BAD...mmmkay

if you're running a maggie....get the biggest chamber you can to keep compression down.

hell i would look at the 225s with a 72cc chamber personally.

yea if you got the a supercharger you wanna lower your cr. look at lq9 heads they are 300 bucks at your local scraper. or you can get aftermarket ported ones for 1000. don't even think bout putting those 62cc heads on there.

go with the 225 head with a 72cc chamber. 225 has bigger runners then the 205 witch is more suited for FI. and as far as the z06 you have found it probably has an ls6 not an ls1 witch has even higher CR then the ls1 (10.5:1) so my guess is that he is not pushing allot of psi and he is running meth and got very very good tuning. you could run your stock heads if you want but there will not be much room for error.
