Default going to the track tonight, cold... est. times???

I am going to the track tonight for the first time after I installed the Direct-Flo lid and AFS bellows. before my best w/ only the FRA mod was a 13.600 @ 101.94 on a 2.052 60'. I am hoping for a 13.4 @ 103-104. Is that a good est.???? It should be about 68 tonight.

How was the weather on the 13.6 run? Iwould think the lid and bellows may net you .1 or .15 and 1 to 1.5mph in trap speed in similar weather conditions. Good luck!

It sound like you're on par with a 13:40. Good luck, get on it and tear em up.

the weather on my 13.600 run was hot, about 95 and mid. humidity. the car mostly is consistant with 13.6 and on a really bad night it ran 13.8x, but the track sucked and it was very humid. tonight, the weather is going to be about 65-70 degree's with low humidity. I hope for a 13.4, but since its cool, if I can get my pos Good Years to hook, maybe 13.3 what do you all think I should put my 245/50ZR/16's GY RS-A down to. I ran the 13.600 w/ 25 lbs. in them on a 2.05 60'. Think I should put them down to 20 lbs.????

Running 20# may drop your trap speed a couple mph. On full street tires, I run best between 25-30#. But experimentation is what the track is for. Try 30,25,20# and see how you hook. Have fun!

well, the weather was about 68 degress but there was still a good amount of humidity. that track was okay. I gained 2 mph from before when I didnt have the lid/bellows, and dropped a SOLID .10 off my ET. best last night was a 13.51 @ 103.61 w/ a 2.119 60'. the worst that night was a 13.8 @ 103 because there was some fluid that they missed, and I hit that and the tires just went up.... also came about a foot from hitting the wall with that back end. all and all, I ran 13.5 @ 103 all night.
it was cooler last night then my previous 13.6 @ 101 w/ a 2.0 60' runs, so I was spinning more last night, and it was way more humid last night. so I factor the lid gave me a good .10+ and 2 mph.
