no way a K&N oil filter messes with your oil pressure. like blocks it?

in my car i have a stock LS6 block with 241 heads (01 motor), and ive never seen oil pressure below 40, its around 60 warming up and around 45 warm at idle, probably around 50 driving, 60 (or more) at WOT
