you go looking for the sticker with the RPO codes and find a nitrous kit?
did you buy or steal this car?

my guess is the reason this car is faster than your 2001 ws6 is either because the 99 is modified (maybe heads/cam) or because your 2001 ws6 is really a v6 with ws6 emblems and body parts.
