Default MS4 cam and heads install suggestion

Hi, I'm sort of new to the forum and have a few question about installing an MS4 cam and Texas Speeds Precison Race Components Stg 1.0 LS6 Heads, with upgraded springs. The engine is on my brothers 2001 Z28 and it's the stock bottom end. other parts being installed are headers, and double roller timing chain.
What should I look for?
Any suggestions/reminders?
Has anybody here installed this setup/package from Texas Speed?

Default Clearances

Any time you do that type of upgrade head cam, you MUST check valve to piston clearance no matter how many people tell you just bolt it together. Along with valve train geometry to verify push rod length. If you dont and something gets damaged cann't blame anyone. Their are many articals on this and many how to's wish you luck.

We were going to work on the car and measure today, but we got some rain and couldn't do it.
