what Heads fit the LQ4 and LQ9 blocks?

what Heads fit the LQ4 and LQ9 blocks?
im doing a swap and im trynig to gather all part and price them. IIRC the 317are stock.
I wanna stock LQ block and some good heads to get ported, MS3 cam. To let you know, im puttin it in a 95 Caprice 9c1. Also, what intake man. and throttle body can i use

L92's (LS3) would be my first choice for an OEM head.
243 & 799's off the LS6 & LS2 cars are good too. They are better than 317's if you are not going F/I because you will get a nice compression bump. But any of the genIII castings will "work." I have ported 5.3 (706) castings with bigger valves on my car....

I concur with the L92. They flow as well as a ported head right out of the box and are relatively cheap.

First choice would be L76 & second would be the L92 IM from the trucks... LS6 is for cathedrsal ports and won't work...
