Default LM4 vs LS mounting holes

So I'm in the midst of getting an LM4 ready to swap into an e30 and was looking for motor mounts. I came across some from this website. They are e30 LS swap mounts but at the end of the first paragraph is states that it will not fit truck blocks. Is there a difference in mounting holes or am I missing something else?

The truck oil pan, tall intake and high mount alternator are probably what they're talking about. A junkyard truck motor won't fit that chassis with those mounts and they don't feel like telling people how to make it work.

Yea, that's what I was figuring. I already planned on changing all of that anyway so sounds like good news.
