What arp head botls are these?

I have googled but can't find any info the part number is 134-3601 SB chevy hex head bolt kit. Thats all i can find.

If you are looking for head bolts for a '98 LS motor it is part number 134-3609. We have them in stock and ready to ship today!

Well i got these from a friend and dk wtf they are for. They are brand new in box still wrapped i nthe plastic. just dk what they are
