Default Whining noise?

Im getting a whining noise while driving my car. It doesnt make the noise when I push the clutch in. Only while the car is moving. Its a 2002 m6 SS btw.

It sounds like something winding up honestly. But Im not so sure that its my power steering because the noise goes away when I push the clutch in...
