Default Ati dampener which one

I was going ton order an ATI dampener and when i started looking them up i came across two that have the same "title" and a semi vague description but differnt part numbers, i was wondering what the differnece is and which would be the correct one i would want/need.

it would be for a 2000 trans am, no ac, 10% underdrive. Street/roadcourse car, engine wont see over 6.5-7k rpms.

The two part numbers i found where 917277 and 917243. Ones about $60 more and im missing why and what the actuall difference is. most i figured out between the two is one says "not for full race engines" and other says "designed for high rpm engines"

anyone help clear this up please?
Thanks!

I was actually lookong at the fluidampr ones orginally, didnt see the ablity to have 10% under drive and had saw random mixed reviews on fluid is better or not better. You may post an opinion lol
