Either a broken clutch or a dying transmission. Put my mind at ease! My Z28 98 Camaro M6 is having problems. First, sometimes (becoming more frequently) when trying to shift into ANY gear the clutch will not go. As if its being locked out. So I have to let it sit in neutral and rev the engine before it slides in. My clutch is also slipping. When I try to accelerate, it may go up to 3kRPM before it starts to move more than 3 mph. I bought this car way back in May. The only internal mod I am aware of is a "big camshaft". The guy before me bought it from someone in LA. My question is, are these two problems linked?
