Default I need 500 hp to the rear wheels. anyone have a proven recipe??

I have a 2002 camaro z28 with auto ,373 gears, long tube headers, slp airbox. id like to have 475-500 hp to the rear wheels. can anyone have a complete combo for me to accomplish this??

not gonna be easy with an automatic...better get ready for some expensive *** aftermarket heads, likely some port work on those, ported fast intake, all the boltons (including electric water pump),and a good matched cam, to even get close...

Yep more cubes. My truck is down and my car is so mild I have DD it the last two weeks. I've kinda put off fixing the truck because I enjoy the car so much....lol

500rwhp Recipe

-AFR Heads
-MS4 or T-Rex Cam
-100 shot

Directions...

Mix Heads with Cam and stir in nitrous. Bake at 160-180 degrees at 7,000 rpms until motor throws rod through the block.

Can you say Procharger? It will get you there and then some. Good time to think about while your still a stock block.

Thanks everyone but I need a more specific recipe as far as heads cam and extras I'm willing to go the distance.what heads.what cam. Injectors. Throttle body. Intake. Help

I agree and I did when the motor was out I thought my rear had more life at that point.... Still babying it and a 12 bolt is next. Then I'll have some times...

500 HP=APROX 8 grand! go with a 383,AFR 225's,fast102/102 combo,MS$/TREX/TSUNAMI cam, all the supporting hardware to build that and if it dont do it throw 100 shot on it

Cam, heads, intake, full bolt-ons and a 150 shot should be more than enough to get you there.

about $8000-10,000 just for the engine alone. if you are doing the work yourself then you can save some bucks. then you have to upgrade the tranny which is another $2000-3000 id say. then the rear end needs replaced which would be another $1500-2000. then the suspension parts to get power to the ground. then the tuning for the engine
