Default 1999 ss

My 99 SS has a factory Duel Duel exhaust. What diameter are the exhaust pipes? They looks like 3". Is it worth it to buy a cat-back or does this exhaust flow just fine?

Not in my plans, but I like where your going. The previous owner replaced the muffler with a flowmaster. Sound ok but, if I could buy something that flows/ sounds better....

How does the factory Duel Duel flow? Should I replace it?
