Your an m6 so I wouldnt worry about it too much usually people who have charging problems are autos because they idle at 500 rpms while m6s in nuetral are higher.

Do you put on the 3 pulley kit or the one pulley? Anyone know anything about the BBK 1591?

I picked up a used one for $120 shipped. SLP.

Slightly noticeable revving quicker, nothing huge. Seemed to help get to max stall a lot quicker.

I didn't get to do a run back to back, but I did run 1 weekend then did pulley and a new tune and ran .2 and 1.5+mph quicker in worse DA the next time out. I would say it is an easy .05-.1 at the track.

If you are concerned with the pulley not charging your system sufficiently, just throw on an overdrive alt pulley to speed it back up. Should solve your problem if it is indeed a charging issue.
