which oil pan I'm beginning to instal a LQ9 from an Escalade into a 1956 chevy. The car has C-4 Corvette suspension all around and will be quite low to the ground. Is there any advantge to using a Corvette type pan with the wings, do the wings have any affect on keeping the oil cool or is it just to keep the Corvette low? What pan do you recommend for this application?
