A converter would not hurt you. May not be optimal for a future cam or heads/cam set up but would def have a positive return on investment. That and a tune, as well as tossing a extra trans cooler would be nice.

You could look at some weight reduction as well as some suspension. Another thing would be a rear gear upgrade if your rolling on 2.73's Converter on auto cars make more of a diff then gears on a m6 car but still wont hurt.

tune first if you haven't gotten it yet

1) ditch flowmaster
2) cutout
3) stall
4) 3.73 gears

any of those would do u good

Flowmaster is the worst when it comes to air flow! Way too restrictive..

I would get a stall and gears like everyone else said, porting the throttle body would also be a good.

A 3400rpm or higher stall, if you have 2.73's or 3.08s some 3.73's, and a mail order tune. I'd also consider changing to a magnaflow muffler the rest of your flowmaster catback isn't hurting anything but I understand you liking the sound I've never heard a flowmaster exaust I didn't like the sound of.
