Default Fast intake Manifold?!?!

Should I install the fast fuel rails and injectors on the manifold before installing the intake manifold on motor? or install the rails and injectors after installing the manifold?

Before... Be careful and slow so you don't scratch the rails.

If you can, do it before. but unless there is some sort of clearence issue with yours vs my FAST 90/90, then do what you can before. Also to mention make sure you put at least all the intake maniford bolts into the intake before attempting the install. Use some masking tape to prop them up.

IF this is your first FAST install, the coolant cross over tube in the front needs some messaging to clear for the neck. Also make sure the MAP is secured. I think from 92mm and on they included a tie down but just to mention.

You should have no issue installing the 102 intake manifold with the injectors and rails already installed.

102 definitely is more of a pita to get settled in there than the previous models.

Its definitely a tighter fit than stock, but definitely a simple task none the less. OP shouldnt have an issue getting it installed.

Biggest pain for me was getting the bolts tightened down properly.

I always followed the factory pattern and as far as anything else goes, all intake gaskets compress so keep going until you get to the factory TQ spec. Mine is always "tight"

The 102 is so tall it makes tightening them a pain. I couldn't get a tq wrench on mine.
