M1 with a M1 Filter. +1 for a Wix filter and that FRAM is garbage!

I don't like starting oil wars so here is my answer, any good name brand synthetic with a good filter and you will be fine. Everyone and their grandmother has their own opinion on what oil is best and why.

Mobile 1 is thin and living on there reputation for way to long. Any good name brand synthetic with a good filter, but Mobile one is not on the list. They do make a good filter.

I run VR1 10-30 and Wix filter 51522 (long filter).
