Buying a POTZ throttle body ASAP! Do I need the MAF ends too?

From reading up on it, the potential benefit isn't worth it when compared to the risks. There are a lot of threads and opinions if you look, some say it is ok if you are going to get it tuned, some say it's ok for M6's... My tuner said it is not worth the money or trouble, so I'll stick with the TB only.
