I say mph or because it depends on the setup and tune... 99% of the time it will lock between 40-47mph. Get a quality converter.. PTC, Yank, VIG, Circle D, etc... Get a shitty converter and you will regret the purchase and probably end up hating your car. Converters make or break entire setups, it is the heart of a good automatic setup.

headers for sure let the car fart with those converters on there its like being constipated. they sound amazing and the few extra ponys dont hurt

Long tubes for sure. I would run an ory pipe as well. Since you already have the cut out I would bother with a catback to be honest.

There's a real nice oem NBM WS.6 hood in the classifieds right now, it's been there for several months so you could prob pick it up cheap. I'd buy it now if I was you!
