Default Fog light installation

What's up guys, my oem fog lights melted with an hid kit I put on my 02 Trans am and now I purchased a pair of brand new fog lights and brackets(entire assembly) and I want to install them I just have no clue on how to go about it? Do I have to remove the front bumper? Can I do it from underneath the car? Does anyone know how this is done? Any help is greatly appreciated!

So there's no way of installing them without removing the front bumper?

I'm gonna give it a shot with the bumper on, I'm gonna try it by removing the clips under the bumper and see if I can squeeze em in

There is only two bolts holding onto the frame. Remove those and then you can take them out from the front. You will have to turn them slightly to get them out of the front. I have had to change several over the years as they always seem to melt the bulbs.
