Default Price for a tune? In Oregon?

I am going to add a cam package to an otherwise stock LS1 in my 98 WS6.

This will require a tune. I was wondering what a reasonable amount of money was to have this done and if there were any suggestions for tuners in the Portland Oregon area?

Thanks Much!

Try the Northwestern Members section. You should get better answers there since you'll be be more likely to find somebody from the area to answer your question.

OK thanks. I found at least one place and there are some listed from the Procharger site too but would be nice to hear from those that have used the places and see what the pricing is.

I've heard Frost does a pretty good mail order tune.

Dyno tunes are ball park tunes. Some guys tend to be better than others. As far as dyno is concerned you can make changes on the fly. Seen some bottom feeder prices in the 350's but seen more 400-550 in the Northeast.

A local kid littereally emailed me about a local non sponsor asking 650$ but looks like some driveability / street tuning was going to be included as well But still up there. I personally paid 425$ 4 years ago locally but that place is no longer in biz.
