Default rear sway bar end links

this is probably a dumb question but here it goes..
i just purchased new rear sway bar end links and after removing the old one's I forgot to take note of the position or angle the sway bar was supposed to be at. can anyone help? also does it matter if the rear wheels are floating (off the ground and no weight on them) when adjusting proper angle of the sway bar?

It doesn't mater the sway bar will twist in the 2 rubber mounts to move where they need to be. As long as the end links are the same length your good to go. If the car is hanging you might have jack up the axle on the side your trying to hook up.
