Will their be any issues with this when it comes to clearance, etc.?

Don't think the pan is a problem but I think I've seen guys have to space off the oil baffle plate a bit.

No problems, just be sure to space the windage tray down away from the rotating parts for clearance, and then you'll have to do slight re-aligning with the pickup tube as well.
