Default time/rear main seal removal help!!!

Can someone please give me some helpful tips on removing the rear main seal and time cover seal?!?! I cannot seem to pull/push/punch these out without just tearing it or punching a hole in the rubber!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Get a screw driver and a hammer and punch it out around the edges, Don't just beat the crap out of it... just tap it out.

I did mine from the back, but you can do it either way because you will be replacing them and you don't have to worry about messing them up.
