LS1 drivetrain swap from C5 Hi everyone,
Looking at a rolling chassis from a C5 - Does anyone know offhand what kind of dimensions are needed for the swap? Specifically, engine bay dimensions, transmission tunnel, differential dimensions, etc....
Planning on doing a swap in a car in which it has never been done before, so just trying to get a handle on how much fabrication will be needed.

someone put a c5 drivetrain in a civic, half the motor was inside the car, and torque tube was shortened, so I'd say anything will work, I almost bought a c6 vette rolling drivetrain but 14k was a lot for me to invest in a project car, looking back now, I should have bought it
