Help with 5.3 to 6.0 Conversion Ok guys just put a 09 Sierra 2500HD 6.0 in my 07 Tahoe. Running really rough, did entire VVT delete, stock LS cam, timing chain and timing gear. Used my stock harness, no codes just running really rough any ideas, my buddy and I think it is the tune or could it be the cam. Basicall removed stock cam from 6.0 for VVT and put in 3 bolt ls cam dead centered. Could it be it needs to be advanced or just try the tune first, Wheately is getting a tune file as we speak just trying all avenues. Thanks for te help.
